Gamrall (gamrall.com) is a mobile esports tournament platform. This page explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your personal information.

Account data

When you register we store your name, email, password hash, and whether you signed up as a host or a participant. Tournament entries may include an in-game ID and team name that you submit.

Visitor log

On public pages we store a random visitor cookie, IP address, approximate location (country, region, city from IP), browser, operating system, device type, referrer, and the pages you open. This is for security and to understand traffic. Staff can see this in the admin panel. We skip obvious bots and do not use invasive fingerprinting.

Cookies

We use a login cookie, an admin cookie on staff pages, and a visitor ID cookie. These are first-party cookies. The visitor cookie is HttpOnly.

Email

We send transactional mail through ZeptoMail: password resets, room IDs when a cup goes live, and results. We do not send marketing newsletters from this system.
